These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern Your access to and use of the website at tech.uxl.academy ("Website") and all related services, content, and tools provided by UXL Technology Academy, a division of UXL Technologies ("We", "Us", "Our").

2. Eligibility and Access

Access to UXL Technology Academy is by invitation only. You may apply for access through our waitlist at tech.uxl.academy/waitlist. Approval is at our sole discretion.

To use the platform, You must:

  • ›Be at least 13 years of age. Users under 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • ›Register with accurate and complete information.
  • ›Maintain the security of Your account credentials.
  • ›Not share Your account with any other person.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your access at any time, with or without notice, if We believe You have violated these Terms or if continued access is otherwise inappropriate.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your username and password. You agree to notify Us immediately at info@tech.uxl.academy if You suspect any unauthorised use of Your account.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under Your account. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Your failure to keep Your credentials secure.

You must provide accurate information when registering. You may not impersonate any person or use a username that is offensive, misleading, or in violation of any third-party rights.

4. Services

UXL Technology Academy provides an online learning platform offering:

  • ›Interactive visualisation tools
  • ›Insights and educational articles
  • ›Progress tracking and quizzes
  • ›A help-desk for learner support
  • ›KALS — a dedicated sub-portal for specific enrolled student cohorts

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice. We will not be liable to You or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of Services.

Access to certain courses, content, or features may require enrolment or payment of applicable fees.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Website and Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:

Nothing in these Terms grants You any ownership of or licence to any intellectual property on the Website beyond the limited right to access and use the Services for Your personal, non-commercial learning purposes.

The UXL Technology Academy name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of UXL Technologies. You may not use these marks without Our prior written consent.

If You submit any feedback, suggestions, or content to Us, You grant Us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into the platform without any obligation to You.

7. Fees and Payments

Certain courses or features on the platform may require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed before purchase.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. We do not store Your payment card details. By making a payment, You also agree to the terms of the relevant payment provider.

All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified and are inclusive of applicable taxes where stated.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect enrolments already completed.

  • ›Refunds: Requests for refunds must be made within 7 (seven) days of purchase, provided that You have not accessed more than 20% of the relevant course content. Refunds are at Our sole discretion and will be processed within 14 (fourteen) business days.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Website is also governed by Our Privacy Policy, available at tech.uxl.academy/privacy. By using the Website, You consent to the collection and use of Your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services (such as authentication and analytics providers). These are provided for convenience and informational purposes only.

We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party services is at Your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UXL Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with Your use of the Website or Services, even if We have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Our total liability to You for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services exceed the amount You have paid Us in the 3 (three) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by Our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Website at any time. To request deletion of Your account, contact Us at info@tech.uxl.academy.

We may suspend or terminate Your access immediately, without prior notice, if:

  • ›You breach any provision of these Terms.
  • ›We are required to do so by law.
  • ›We decide to discontinue the platform or a part thereof.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Website and Services ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, You agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting Us at info@tech.uxl.academy. We will endeavour to resolve disputes in good faith within 30 (thirty) days.
