A mentor forged in two worlds
Goverdhan Jayaram's journey is unlike any other educator's. A graduate of the National Defence Academy and the Indian Military Academy, he served as an Infantry officer in the Sikh Light Infantry — an institution renowned for forging ordinary young adults into extraordinary leaders and warriors through a rigorous, scientific process of transformation.
After retiring early as a Major, Goverdhan took everything he had learned about human development and channelled it into a new mission: building excellent technology professionals. He founded UXL Technologies and has spent over 30 years transforming hundreds of young professionals across multiple technology stacks and generations of tools.
What makes Goverdhan's approach truly distinct is the depth behind it. He combines the Defence's proven science of human transformation with an intensive inner journey through psychology and spirituality — rooted in the Art of Living tradition — to teach not just technology, but how to think, learn, and grow.
Now, he is scaling this powerful, proven approach with AI — so that every student in the cohort can access the kind of mentorship that has transformed careers since 1994.
